Upoc Networks is a New York-based mobile phone services provider and carrier aggregator. Upoc was founded in 1999, and offers such services as SMS, WAP, Multimedia Messaging Service, IVR, and BREW.

Upoc was recently sold to Dada Mobile, at a net loss of approximately $19 million.
