Quiet Internet Pager (QIP) is an alternative instant messaging client based on OSCAR protocol. It's a closed source freeware developed by a russian developer. Most distinct feature is tabed message window - instead of multiple message windows when chating with more people only one with several tabs is used.

QIP is lighweight, fast and skinable with userfriendly features.
