Suspected sockpuppets

BenAriAtMicrosoft has been a longtime editor, though making a small number of contributions, the majority of which are promotional edits to Erez Ben–Ari . They stopped editing on September 16th, 2021 completely. The very next day on September 17th, 2021, a new account BillShearim starts editing with behavior similarities (see contributions and editor interaction tool). Shortly after, BillShearim also adds similarly promotional and poorly sourced content to Erez Ben–Ari . Today, BenAriAtMicrosoft responded to my comment at Talk:Erez Ben–Ari and have identified themselves as the subject of the article. However, they did not claim any association with BillShearim. I'm asking for a checkuser based on what I think is significant evidence of a COI editor using multiple accounts. ––FormalDude talk 03:06, 12 March 2022 (UTC)

  • These two accounts are  Confirmed to one another, and also to NCSFreedom, which has only two edits, both to articles edited by the other two. I considered whether this might be a case of valid alt accounts, but they are editing in an area where they have a clear COI, and their denial of the connection is a clear attempt to evade scrutiny, hence I am blocking all three.
