Zee Bangla is an Indian general entertainment pay television channel broadcasting in Bengali language. It is owned by Zee Entertainment Enterprises. It was the first Bangla satellite television channel in India which officially launched on 15 September 1999. The channel was first launched as Alpha Bangla which got renamed to Zee Bangla on 28 March 2005. The channel launched its HD version on 20 November 2016.

Mahalaya

Zee Bangla is hosting its Mahalaya since 2007 from 5 a.m. Various television and films actresses are seen in different forms of Maa Durga. Even various television actors are seen as Shiv, Vishnu, Mahisasur. It also shows dance performance where dancers will dance in a song welcoming the arrival of Goddess.
