Request reason:

This is the last time I will request again an unblock request. I realized everything since Cabayi blocked me. I understand why I am blocked, and it is because of my mistakes. If you guys will unblock me, I will edit Misplaced Pages again by following the rules again. I only know some rules, if there are some rules that I don't know and I have published it, please feel free to message me. Sorry I cannot explain well why I need to be unblocked. But trust me, I will do everything what you guys said to me, this is the LAST TIME I will request an unblock. Decline reason:

Administrators like me are entrusted by the Misplaced Pages community with the task of preventing disruption to Misplaced Pages. If we are to unblock you, we must be convinced that the disruption will not reoccur in the future and that you will be a constructive contributor. Saying "just trust me" does not convince us of anything and will not work, as if it did work, every blocked user would say that. If you are unable to tell us what you did wrong(even when it is stated to you) and why you should be unblocked, you should not be permitted to edit Misplaced Pages and possibly lack the skills needed to do so. You don't have to know every single rule in order to participate here- I don't know them all and I am an administrator. But you do need to be able to work with the community and hear them when you are told about a rule. I will say again, to be unblocked, you must

1. tell us what you did wrong
2. how you will change this behavior in the future
3. what edits you intend to make

These things will help us determine if you should be unblocked. This doesn't have to be your last request, but if you want one to be accepted, you must hear what I'm telling you. 331dot (talk) 09:40, 16 May 2022 (UTC)

@331dot: I understand your decline request. The one I did last year, I reported a user at SPI but the evidence seems like incomplete, I even reverted the edits of the user that it is not even confirmed that is a sockpuppet. Tamzin warned me to revert it, but during those times, I am unactive here until Cabayi blocked me. Sorry that I say this late, during those times, I was unactive here in Misplaced Pages, and by the time logged in, I saw Tamzins message and Cabayis blocked message. I was shocked that I was blocked that time, that I didnt know yet the message of Tamzin because I am unactive that time. Apologies guys, if I told this last year, this issue won't happen. I understand why am I block and I am sorry for it. Late message, I was offline a minutes before Cabayi blocked me. My last edit before I was offline right before block was Special:Diff//1052605231. But when I am back online, the message here at my talk page was until Special:Diff/1052658759. I was shocked that time that I read the message of Tamzin and Cabayi LATE (immediately blocked that I lately not do Tamzin's warning. Apologies guys, I did not tell this last year, I did not expect this to happen. Please review this and I want this to be discussed properly. Pinging admins will not speed up the process. We are volunteers, doing what we can and what we wish to, when we can. If you don't want to have to wait to have an unblock request evaluated, don't do things to get blocked in the first place. I've already reviewed a request so I can't really review another. The point was that if you have no intentions of further contributing, then there is no need to do anything about this block. As I also said previously, you will have to do better than "trust me" to be unblocked. If you understand why you were blocked, you need to demonstrate that and tell us what edits you want to make. 331dot (talk) 10:12, 21 June 2022 (UTC)

@331dot: Answering to the last sentence of your message, before I reported Liberty at SPI, I updated information on several articles (obviously with reliable sources to support WP:V), I also participate on deletion nominations and I nominate some of them due to some violations here on Misplaced Pages. That is what I will continue if I will unblock. If you don't have the trust to me to file at SPI, then place a restriction on my account. But please don't do it, as what I said above of my request, I will clean this mess. If you will support my request, I am glad that you will. SeanJ 2007 (talk) 10:24, 21 June 2022 (UTC)

@Tamzin: If I am unblocked, I will continue to update articles (examples: adding program articles on Lists of TV stations programming), participate on deletion discussions/nominate some articles for deletion if it violates it and revert vandalism/unsourced edits (I think using Twinkle or RedWarm/Ultraviolet, or using Undo just like before) SeanJ 2007 (talk) 08:31, 18 July 2022 (UTC)

Offer of conditional unblock

Okay, Sean, I've thought about this a fair bit. I've spoken to Cabayi, who's said I can unblock if I want to. My perception right now is that your content work before you were blocked was generally positive, while your anti-abuse work was more of a mixed bag. If you are to be unblocked, I want you starting out on your strongest foot. As such, I am offering you an unblock under the following 2 conditions:

1. You may not interact with WP:SPI in any way, and may not accuse anyone of being a sockpuppet. If you suspect someone of sockpuppetry, you may contact an administrator or SPI clerk privately.
2. You may not engage in anti-vandalism patrolling. You may (carefully!) revert/warn/report if you happen to encounter vandalism while going about other things, but if it looks like you're deliberately looking for vandalism to revert, that will be considered a violation of this condition.

After 6 months, you may ask me to consider lifting these restrictions. If I say no, you can appeal to WP:AN instead.

Hi guys, It is my first time to edit at Wikisource page and I am having a problem there, I was about to add a source at the discussion page of my created article, but cannot published because it is identified as harmful. Nuances of "hopefully"

Sean, can I question your use of "hopefully"? It may be common usage where you are, but to most English speakers it implies something out of your control, like "hopefully it will be sunny tomorrow", or "my lottery ticket will hopefully be the winning ticket". Using it in the context of your appeal, "For SPI, I dont know, but hopefully I will be carefull with it" suggests either that you are unable to control your own behaviour, or that you will not take responsibility for what you do. Neither of those interpretations creates a good impression. You might want to reword that addition to your appeal. Just my 2¢, no reply needed. Cabayi (talk) 09:00, 21 July 2022 (UTC)

@Cabayi: Nah that's okay. Im not unable to control that behavior because of the word "hopefully", I used that word because if I use "wish", it is like I am just saying it but I will do it again or I am tricking you. I just chosed the appropriate word. SeanJ 2007 (talk) 10:17, 22 July 2022 (UTC)

Also, on my understanding on the word "hopefully", like "hopefully the subject we will learn today will be easy", you do not wish that the subject we will learn today will be easy.
