Hi there. About the Water hardness article: I thought I had done enough looking around for a water hardness article, but who would have thought to look in the most obvious place (Hard water, Duh!). I'll work on merging the articles. Which title do you think is better: Hard water or Water hardness? --DanielCD 16:00, 26 Jan 2005 (UTC)
- I'd suggest keeping the name hard water, firstly because that's how most people know it as (IMHO), and secondly because it seems to describe the broader topic, while water hardness sounds like a measure of hard water itself. --InShaneee 16:07, 26 Jan 2005 (UTC)
Metallica
About Metallica: the "they" vs. "it" controversy when referring to musical groups seems to be a regional variation: American and British English differences#Grammar. To call it "improper grammar" is a little misleading. -leigh (φθόγγος) 09:07, Jan 27, 2005 (UTC)
- Interesting...I don't think I've ever encountered that before. In that case, I apologize for the accusation. That said, do you happen to know if there's any sort of standard for dealing with this on wikipedia, or does this just tend to happen? --InShaneee 15:11, 27 Jan 2005 (UTC)
Stub Flood
Just a question, and please, don't take this the wrong way, but are you planning to go back and expand on the NES stubs you've been putting up recently? I really like your drive, and it's a cool project, I just hope we'll have some nice beefy articles at some point. And crap, this isn't meant to be condecending, I really couldn't figure a better way to word this. --InShaneee 04:39, 3 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- It's actually more of an OCD thing.. I spontaneously felt like I had to include all games in my old collection. Maybe I will go back and expand some of them later. Why don't you work on some that you're familiar with? Rad Racer 04:43, 3 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Count on it! NES forevah! --InShaneee 04:46, 3 Mar 2005 (UTC)

- Actually, everyone's supposed to sign their comments. Since those comments were made by an anon user, that was all I had to fill in. If you ARE that anon user, you should look into changing over the attributions. --InShaneee 15:28, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- I've noticed you found my livejournal, and have been threatening legal action on it. If you'd simply look up wikipedia's policies, you'd see that IPs must be used in place of usernames for unregistered users. It is also NOT an invasion of privacy, since wikipedia logs IPs of unregistered users. If that's not your cup of tea, you shouldn't be here. --InShaneee 16:53, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- As far as I know we're in our right to put in the IPs of unregistered users for archiving purposes. It's completely useless to try and remove them anyway, as each edit remains in the history anyway, and you can't remove the edits you made earlier because of the GFDL. Mgm| 08:51, Mar 10, 2005 (UTC)

Hello! I hope that you'll find my replacement of the (obviously unacceptable) content of the article enough of an improvement ro consider changing your vote. Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 17:12, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)
