Revision as of 20:31, 2 March 2007 by 70.17.84.203 (talk)(diff) ← Previous revision | Latest revision (diff) | Newer revision → (diff)Just a bit of linguistical information: Mărţişor is not derived from Martie, but rather from "Marţ" <- Latin "Martius". In fact, the old term for the month of March was "Mărţişor". The new one, (if you can call a 1000 years old new :) "Martie" is derived from a Orthodox source. (from Slavic, which in turn was from Greek). Bogdan | Talk 19:44, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)
