Julius L. (Linoble?) Mitchell (April 17, 1867 - ?) was a lawyer in the United States. He was involved in cviil rights cases.

He was born in Charleston County, South Carolina.

He was born in Moncks Corner. He graduated from Allen University's Law Department in 1894.

He represented John Brownfield who refused to pay a poll tax and wrestled a gun away from a white official theeatening him and was found guilty of murder.
