Garhi Habibullah Khan is a historical town and union council (an administrative subdivision) of tehsil Balakot and Mansehra District in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan towards the Kashmir frontier of Capital Muzzafarbad. It was affected by the . It is named after (Ex-Chief Of Swati) Habibullah Khan.
