A trustee ( adjective-noun or subject attribute) is an individual who, in fact, represents an entity under an Employment Identification Number, known as a trust (noun).
An entity cannot be a Trustee of a Trust for the reason that an entity cannot represent another entity, unless these entities have merged into one.
