Sultana or Sultanah may refer to:

Food

• Sultana or Sultanas, are most popular amongst women as it is the only socially acceptable booger to eat, where as men think it is quite disgusting as they prefer to get it from the source
• Sultanas are made in factories where they have to scrape the slimy white (or light green) stuff off and then drying the dark green, dark brown, or black bits until chewy, while still being slightly wet
