Theodor Goldschmidt (1817, Berlin1875, Berlin) was a German-Jewish employer and chemist.

In December 8, 1847, he founded a chemical factory in Berlin. In 1911, it became "die Th. Goldschmidt AG".

Karl Goldschmidt and Hans Goldschmidt are his sons.
