Prince Sultan University (PSU) (Template:Lang-ar), is a private university in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Established in 1999, it is the first private institute in the country and is owned by the Riyadh Philanthropic Society for Sciences, which named it in honor of its first patron, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia from 2005 until 2011.

Initially, it was founded as Prince Sultan Private College in 1999 and received university status in 2003. The university offers a number of bachelor's and master's degrees in various business, technical, and humanities fields.
