A person that a manufacturer has assigned or authorized to sell or distribute his items within a specific region.

Types of Sales Agents

General Sales Agent(GSA)

A sales Agent for Airlines.

Cargo Sales Agent(CSA)

Someone responsible for selling cargo space on aircrafts to freight forwarders.

Buyer Brokerage

Someone who is the purchaser's representative. The majority of the time, this is used in big transactions.

Disclosed Dual Agent

Someone who serves as a mediator for the transaction and represents both parties in the sale. Here, the sales agent's responsibility is to make sure that a fair and honest transaction is made for both sides.

Internet Sales Professionals

Someone whose responsibility it is to guarantee prompt response to leads generated by social media, websites, or email marketing.

Sales manager

A person whose duty it is to apply different management and sales tactics to promote enhanced earnings and higher sales volume. Additionally, they oversee the fair and honest execution of the sales process by their agents as well as the coordination of the sales and marketing departments.

Salesperson

The primary focus of a salesperson is to create and close deals that provide profits.
