accusations
What are you accusing me of? A troll(or more correctly a sock/meatpuppet) starts destoying the work of 3 descent editors and you accuse me.If you dont like my edits then we should get a neutral admin to deal with this.I was enraged by the comments you made on the Pakistan discussion page.If you don't like my style of editing then, let's ask a neutral party to intervine.
Blocking every single user you disagree with will only bring more attention to this issue in my opinion.Nadirali نادرالی
It is incivil of you to accuse me so randomly and without basing your accusations on any evidence. Please see wikipedia no personal attacks policy.Comment on my edits not on my ethnicity or personality.Nadirali نادرالی
Re:Arbcom
We are ready to deal with this.I must ask Fowler and Islescape as witnesses to this.I have evidence not just against you,but the others as well.I feel you made the right decision as this is the only way to resolve this. I am leaving now.I must go for lunch.--Nadirali نادرالی
I have posted my statement.Let's see what you have to throw at us.--Nadirali نادرالی
my alleged attack on Muhajirs
How can you accuse me of attacking Muhajirs when I AM a Muhajir from my father's side.My father is a Muhajir of Azerbaijani ancestry from his mother's side.Therefor he is of Azerbaijani descent born in what is today india. I still stand by my claims that I dislike their mentality of being too conservitive.I once had a Greek tutor who would repeatidly attack his people because he felt they were too arrogant.Does that make him an "anti-Greek".
If you think my comments were attacking Muhajirs, then atleast you can call me a "self-hating Muhajir" rather than an "anti-Muhajir" which is quite ridiculous and somewhat quite laughable :-)--Nadirali نادرالی
Who said I cared about DaGizza's background? If you're reffering to the comment I made on the history of India talkpage,he asked me to post if I regarded him as Pakistani or not and even posted on my talkpage to make sure I'd see his question on the talkpage.
As for my comments regarding the Muhajirs,I commented on the typical Muhajir mentality and the recent terrorism commited by the MQM.And I still stand on my claim the aticle is biased which is why I put the NPOV check on it. It's called commenting on content, not contributers
The reason why we're at arbcom is not because we're disrupting you're agenda.I really don't think we'd be there at this moment if you had not seen Unre4L and I pointing out your abuse of wikipedia as an admin.
Also stop telling me about "giving around my background".I did that for a reason to rebuff your silly accusions about "attacking Muhajirs".--Nadirali نادرالی
Really? Then is it a coincidence that the case was opened roughly 16 minitues after my complaint of your conduct and that 3 users (Unre4L,Fowler and I) agree on that factor.
Tell me does criticising people for being too religious attacking anyone's religion? The only "evidence" you seem to have is words by us twisted to suit your alligations.
I've seen many of the comments you've made to Unre4L and Szhaider as well as Fowler and I find them nowhere close to civility.I really think you should apologise to them. You've apologised to Fowler, but not Unre4L or Szhaider. Now if you'll excuse me there's some articles I'd like to work on.--Nadirali نادرالی

I wrote the article.Don't chase Unre4L,I wrote it.
I don't see who it's hurting as it's an important part of our history.--Nadirali نادرالی
Regarding reverting edits of Kazi Nazrul Islam Page
Dear Rama Arrow,
Peace and greetings.
This is Dr. Mohammad Omar Farooq. I am a Nazrul researcher and I maintain the only comprehensive website dedicated to the life and works of Nazrul. Indeed, the resources at the site were extensively used and referred to in putting together the Misplaced Pages article on Nazrul. My own writings on Nazrul have also been included in the reference section of the essay.
Recently, while going through the Misplaced Pages article, I came across a particular information that is uncorroborated. Indeed, the particular reference given is not even accessible. Based on three leading biographies of Nazrul and additional research (that does not contradict the information provided in these biographies), I edited the part related to Nazrul's illness and treatment and added specific, corroborated information (including about the physicians who examined Nazrul and their diagnosis). It seems all my edits have been reverted by you.
Since you have contributed so much to this page, obviously you have interest in this article. I am wondering if you can help me understand your reason to revert it. After all, if you care about Nazrul, I am sure you will like to have accurate information about him. Furthermore, as a Misplaced Pages contributor, we all must have interest in improving the pedia through better research and works.
I would greatly appreciate if you can help me understand your decision to revert my edits.
I can also be directly contacted at farooqm@globalwebpost.com.
Best regards.

Intervol
Hi there, I was wondering under what grounds the article 'Intervol' was deleted by you? It may not have had references as yet but it is a constitution certified member of one of the largest and most well-respected universities in England. The page is useful as it gives readers of the main university of birmingham page more information if they want it. Please could I have a copy of the page so that I can correctly reference it and then re-include it. I would have much preferred some constructive criticism and help rather than a quiet removal. Is your role to simply remove the unreferenced material again and again or to teach people how to correctly assemble pages?
Thank you for your time.

Hi, A staement by User:Citecop involved my interactions with you as an early user. My reply was that I'll ask you if the initial behaviour still has any relevance.
I know my interactions very early on may have been counter productive. I would also like to bring to your attention that the the barnstars awarded to me were not given by Hindutva editors or even Hindus. Your opinion is held in high regards by all involved and if you take the time to post then I'll appreciate it a great deal. Many regards, Freedom skies| talk 10:44, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

Education in Bangladesh, please, help
I have started working on the article Education in Bangladesh. It was in an extremely bad shape. The last few edits were turning it into a motley hotchpotch of text, link and image for private university/English medium agenda-pushers. Even without that the article had little content. I have began by putting in an enormous amount of fresh text, and even more massive amount of resource links (Banglapedia, government sites and downloadable pdf links). Now the real work should begin. Would you lend a hand in this? I can't do it alone. Do you have anyone else in mind who might help? That person doesn't need to be Bangladeshi. Aditya Kabir 18:23, 17 March 2007 (UTC) - please, answer to my talk page
Free Images
Hello Rama's Arrow! I hope you are doing well. Recently, an editor asked me to help him copyedit an article on Sai Kumar (which I have done). He also requested me to find an image of the actor. I tried searching Flickr though I could not find an image. Could you, with your expertise, direct me to website(s) where I can use an image that conforms to Misplaced Pages liscensing standards? Your help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance. With regards, Anupam 02:41, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for all your help sir! I will first notify WT:INB and if I receive no responses, I will upload a picture complying with Misplaced Pages:Fair use. Thanks again for your assistance. I really appreciate it. With regards, Anupam 04:05, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Re: Shahbag, references and redlinks
No, the references are not meant as further readings. At least one (alas, removed by you) 1912 book is cited even inline. What is needed? In-line citation from all of those sources? That's possible, but will take a little time (I don't have all of those books around, certainly not the documents from the Nawab Bari). Date of publication are all given, publishers name can be added (let me check), but ISBN numbers can be a problem. Bangladeshi publications started to have ISBN numbers only recently (can't exactly tell the year). please, advise.
Now for the redlinks, was it necessary to create so many redlinks. Not all the schools in an area may warrant a separate article, but all put together may represent a formidable presence. The Christian New Year is the common new year around the world (i.e. January 1). It is significant in thsi context because Bangladesh also celebrates two other new years - the Bengali New Year, and the Hijri New Year. Boli Khela is the Bengali name for wrestling and Basanta Utsav is explained in fair details already on the article (though, I guess, I am going to take this opportunity of creating articles on those). Let me take another day to create stubs for the rest. Please, advise.
Now, for two more tthngs. First, what's it with image arrangement? The article, I think, was looking better before this new arrangement. Besides, it has messed up the formatting of the palace list (at least on my Mozilla Firefox, can't tell about Explorer). And, finally - does the separate section on festivals really has to go? Festivals, I believe, do warrant a separate section in the article. Once again, please, advise. And, oh, didn't you spell it Shahbaug on my talk page? Cheers. Aditya Kabir 20:29, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Admin Coaching
- Hi Rama's Arrow, I hope you don't mind my asking directly, but I'm looking for admin coaching. It was recommended that we directly contact coaches. I have been with wikipedia since july 9th 2006 and have 2 (soon to be 3) featured pictures. I'm aiming for my RfA around june/july time. Probably on july 9th when it's been exactly one year, as that gives me a good 2-3 months to get up to standard. I'm looking for guidance on where I can be more active and where I can plug any potential holes in my RfA. I shall endevaour not to be much of a burden should you agree, specific area's of interest are image deletion, articles for deletion and copyright issues. All the best: WikipedianProlific 21:23, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
- Email will be fine Rama. As you suggest I shall contact you via email from this point on. Your welcome to do the same. Thanks very much for your help. I'm sure it will prove very valuable in the coming weeks WikipedianProlific 22:23, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

Atulnischal
Hi Nirav, Would you please look into malformed archive pages as in User talk:Atulsnischal archive 7? I have advised him to move it to User talk:Atulsnischal/archive 7, but since I opposed his article in an AFD (and followup) , and also cleaned up some spam links from articles he edited, he seems to consider any of my advices as hostile to him. Also, I found User:RaveenS's talk page archives to have the same malformed style (instead of using sub pages, Atul actually copied from Raveen). It would be great if you can let them see it's contrary to Misplaced Pages:Subpages ... Thanks. --Ragib 06:01, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

conflict of interest
Netscott - you have exceeded the ridiculous. What is the point of making accusations against me that don't make an iota's sense? Lemme try this final time to get your reasoning straight: Rama's Arrow made a statement on Bakasuprman's behalf on WP:RFAR/Hkelkar, so BhaiSaab's indef-block must be revoked. 2 + 2 now suddenly = 5?
Speaking of WP:COI, perhaps I could point out, using Netscottlogic, 2 reasons why you shouldn't even post at this discussion: (1) Blnguyen has blocked you twice. Using your logic, you have a COI since Blnguyen initiated this discussion. (2) Being blocked so many times for disruption, you are in the same category of users as BhaiSaab, more interested in wrecking Misplaced Pages. COI. Good day to you, Rama's arrow 13:38, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- Rama's Arrow, more evidence of a conflict of interest: You were contacted no less than six times by User:Hkelkar seeking assistance on matters he was editing on.
1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Here is more evidence of your conflict of interest. You must be aware that prior to his involvement with Hkelkar, BhaiSaab was generally more productive and contributory. It is nonsense that he is being made to pay for HE's latest disruption and indefinitely blocked when he wasn't the cause of it. As to your arguments that I have a conflict of interest you are wrong. I've not blocked or unblocked anyone. (→Netscott) 14:18, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- You should not have indefinitely blocked User:BhaiSaab relative to this latest disruption that he was not involved with. That was wrong. BhaiSaab was rightly banned for a set duration by ArbCom and granted he did come back as a sockpuppet to edit on articles and had his ban reset three times. Given that Hkelkar was back himself obviously BhaiSaab felt motivated to come back. Hkelkar had his ban reset five times before you finally indef. blocked him. BhaiSaab has had it set three times... hello there is a difference here. Kindly refrain from calling me a troll. As this clearly demonstrates I am not a troll. (→Netscott) 16:11, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- I'm extremely upset that BhaiSaab is being indefinitely blocked now when he's not done further disruption and Blntguyen decided to throw him in with HE as though they were one and the same. Again, that is wrong. Given your support for Bakasuprman and his history of conflict with BhaiSaab there most certainly is an appearance of impropriety on your part in being the one to indef. block BhaiSaab particularly given that Hkelkar was given 2 more chances before you indef. blocked him. Why don't you in good faith rescind your indef. block of BhaiSaab for now and let the discussion continue? (→Netscott) 16:30, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- There is extremely evidently not a consensus on the discussion that BhaiSaab should be indefinitely blocked. You were hasty in your indef. block of him. Rama's Arrow, you have to admit to this appeance of impropriety in your haste given what I have already explained. Come on, where's the justice here? One guy gets 5 chances and the other guy doesn't? Prior to Hkelkar's entanglement with BhaiSaab he was a productive and contributory editor. Even Timothy who's pushing for HE's banning seemed to acknowledge that when he left this message (using a sockpuppet) in support of BhaiSaab. (→Netscott) 16:45, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- Further proof of no consensus. (→Netscott) 17:08, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- Timothy Usher was smacked for probation, besides him and BhaiSaab were always cozy. They wikistalked and attacked myself and Dangerous-Boy (talk · contribs) after the notorious fundy watch fiasco. Assertions of BhaiSaab "contributions" are laughable, as he spent a month pestering me (and before that Karl Meier and Pecher) until Hkelkar came around and beat him at his own trolling game.Bakaman 16:52, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
- Further proof of no consensus. (→Netscott) 17:08, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

Just un-autoblocked an IP used by a banned editor
Hi Nirav, I just un-autoblocked 128.122.253.196, which was autoblocked by you because it was used by BhaiSaab. Hope this is not going to pose a significant problem :) It's an NYU shared IP, so it's holding back quite a few others, I imagine. Cheers, – Riana 22:29, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

Help with images
Hi Rama,
I found these three pics on the net.
One of them is of the old Mysore palace. Another shows the durbar in session after the palace was rebuilt following a fire which burnt down the old palace and the other one is of Henry Irwin, the architect of the new palace. All three, especially the ones of the palace are very rare. I've already uploaded the pic of the old palace because the photograph, is obviously taken in India and is nearly a hundred years old. The other photograph of the durbar in session, even that I am fairly certain is from before 1947. So it should qualify for pd-india. However, I am not sure about that. I tried mailing the website owner but havent got a response yet. As for the one of Henry Irwin, the website says that the photograph was taken in 1915, but not in India, presumably somewhere in England. Does it qualify for pd? What tag do I use for it? Please help. Thanks. Sarvagnya 09:37, 24 March 2007 (UTC)
- Hi, Nichalp seems to disagree with your view. See his reply on my talk page. Also see my reply on his talk page. And please see this. I have started a discussion on the template talk page. Please give your input. Thanks. Sarvagnya 02:22, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
