More Information
Taruni and Taruni's mother Geeta Sachdev (Gokulrani devi dāsi) were congregation devotees at Radha Gopinath Mandir in Chowpatty, Mumbai. They are devotees of Lord Krishna. Please observe the Jagannath "medal" around Taruni's neck. May Lord Jagannath protect her and her mother. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.95.2.50 (talk) 20:03, 28 August 2012 (UTC)

Lead
- "Taruni Sachdev (14 May 1998 – 14 May 2012) was an Indian child actress. She appeared in Vellinakshatram (2004), Sathyam (2004), Paa (2009), Vetri Selvan (2014), and Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? (2008)." - how about merging these two sentences together and change them accordingly
- "Sachdev made her film debut in 2004 with Vellinakshatram which made her endeared by the Malayalam audience." - which endeared her to Malayalam audiences.
- "Her last film was Vetri Selvan (2012)," - delink Vetri Selvan since it is already linked in the previous paragraph and change the year to 2014
- "which was released after her death in 2012. " - released two years after her death
- "near the Jomsom Airport, Nepal." - near Jomsom Airport in Nepal
- "She had studied to class nine from the Bai Avabai Framji Petit Girls' High School." - at Bai Avabai Framji Petit Girls' High School.
Personal life
- "Taruni Sachdev was born on 14 May 1998 in Mumbai, India. She was born to industrialist Haresh Sachdev and Geeta Sachdev." - how about merging these two sentences together for flow and shortening it a little accordingly?
Career
- "Besides acting, Sachdev had appeared in more than fifty commercials. She appeared in many advertisements of Colgate, ICICI Bank, Saffola oil, and Kesar Badam Milk." - merge these two sentences and shorten them accordingly
- The words action thriller, drama and thriller should be delinked
- "In 2009, Sachdev appeared in R. Balki's comedy-drama Paa. Where she starred as Somi," - these two sentences are better off merged together; the word "Where" should not start with a capital letter
- "She appeared in many advertisements of" - She appeared in television advertisements for the companies
Death
- "near the Jomsom Airport, Nepal," -near Jomsom Airport in Nepal,

... that Indian child actress Taruni Sachdev has appeared in more than fifty commercials?Source: Taruni Sachdev died on her 14th birthday "She became a popular child artiste with over 50 commercials to her credit".
- Reviewed: Not My Baby (Inna song)
- Comment: I don't know if mentioning her death is a good idea? Can this be saved for 14 May for her 22th birthday.
Improved to Good Article status by CAPTAIN MEDUSA (talk). Self-nominated at 12:20, 5 May 2020 (UTC).
- Sad interesting short life, short GA on plenty of sources. I agree not to mention her death, but should commercials be all we mention? ...instead of - at least also - a serious film? - I wonder about the picture, which I can't find on the commons. It has a bad title. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 08:13, 8 May 2020 (UTC)
- ALT1:
... that Indian child actress Taruni Sachdev had dreamt of becoming a heroine? - ALT2:... that Indian child actress Taruni Sachdev was nicknamed "Rasna girl" after appearing in several Rasna commercials?
- Gerda Arendt, Maybe this could work? The image was deleted from Commons and was moved to enwiki as fair use rationale. ~~ CAPTAIN MEDUSA 11:56, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- Better, thank you. "heroine" is a word of too many meanings, and many dream that, so nothing specific to her. Do you think we could shorten ALT2, cut after "girl", perhaps link ro Rasna, - somehow I try to avoid "commercials" to not appear commercial ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 12:12, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- ALT2a: ... that Indian child actress Taruni Sachdev was nicknamed "Rasna girl"?
- Gerda Arendt Simply this? ~~ CAPTAIN MEDUSA 12:22, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- fine! I approve the other also but prefer this. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 12:24, 9 May 2020 (UTC)

Birth date
So when was she born? In the text both July 3. 1998 and May 14. 1998 are mentioned. The latter date would mean she died on her 14. anniversary! Rsmelt (talk) 11:56, 14 May 2020 (UTC)
