Onde-onde or Buah Melaka is a green glutinous rice ball with grated coconut made of sweet pottato flour , pandan leaves and (Malacca sugar tree) . The Onde-Onde name in Malay word means chewy and jiggly. The name of Buah Melaka inspired by Melaka fruits and gula Melaka (Phyllanthus emblica). Different Buah Melaka and Klepon , Buah Melaka must use gula Melaka not palm sugar and Klepon can use any palm sugar .
