Removing Zach Duke notation

Zach Duke did have a 4-0 record as a result of 4 wins before any losses, but he has a number of no decisions in that period. This means Zack Duke did not win his first 4 starts. Zack was 4-0 through 6 starts, which is far less than the feat accomplished by Nelson.
