Magical Chronicle Lyrical Nanoha Force → Magical Record Lyrical Nanoha Force — The first volume of the manga has an English translation of the title on the cover, as pictured here. While reasonable minds may disagree on how good of a translation that is (I myself prefer Magical War Chronicle...), by virtue of its presence on the manga cover, it probably should be respected as the "official" title.
