Ethnicity

Hello. Please note that the manual of style guides users to not include the ethnicity of subject to be included in the opening paragraph of an article. --After Midnight 04:15, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

Please do not revert without discussing on talk page

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Kelly Hu and Maggie Q. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. Thank you. --After Midnight 05:46, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Salma Hayek. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Morenooso 05:36, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

Please do not change Salma Hayek's nationality. Her nationality is Mexican. Introducing this again can lead to a level four message which can lead to being blocked. Ronbo76 18:06, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

Edit summaries

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. However, we remind you not to attack other editors. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please do not refer to me in your edit summaries, as you did here. --After Midnight 04:17, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

Nationality Removal

Per WP:MOSBIO#Opening paragraph #3 a biography should give Nationality. Your constant removal of this may very well be considered wandalism. Continued removal of text from articles could lead to warning and eventually blocking if you do not cease. --After Midnight 04:18, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

You seem to be confusing Nationality with Ethnicity

With respect to your edits to Maggie Q (and several other articles), please explain why you feel that "Asian-American" is a nationality. There is no nation called "Asia America" on my map. While I agree that Maggie Q is of Asian-American ethnicity, that fact is appropriately described in the paragraphs following the opening, in accordance with the Manual of Style. Please discuss this rather than edit warring. Risker 18:47, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

Would you stop changing it back please? You've been reverted by, like, 5 people already and I'm sure that's going to stay the case. So, why bother and waste the time doing it? Mad Jack 19:22, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
