Hapi-Line Fukui (ハピライン福井, Hapirain Fukui) is a Japanese third-sector railway company established in 2019 to operate passenger railway services on the section of the JR West Hokuriku Main Line within Fukui Prefecture. The main line was separated from the JR West network on 16 March 2024, coinciding with the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen extension from Kanazawa to Tsuruga.

History

In preparation for the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen extension between Kanazawa and Tsuruga stations, the company was founded on 13 August 2019 to inherit the parallel section between Tsuruga and Daishōji stations on the Hokuriku Main Line.
