Sexual slavery in Islam
I would be grateful if some people with subject knowledge could assess the sweeping edits currently being done to that article. I'm getting the impression that this is the wholesale replacement of one interpretation with another, based on very selective sources, but I simply don't know the subject area. GA from 2006, it was't reassessed. Half of the article is unsourced, with 'This article needs additional citations for verification.' on top, 5 'citation needed' tags and two 'This section does not cite any sources' templates (Female Peronist Party and women's suffrage and Honours), see also unsourced sections: Juan Perón's arrest, 1946 presidential election, European tour, Vice-presidential nomination, Re-election and Spiritual Leader of the Nation; and 19 'page needed' tags. Hello, I am hoping to find an editor willing to review a change I've proposed for the article about Kathleen Hicks, current U.S. deputy secretary of defense. Her article is out-of-date and incomplete in a few ways, and I currently have an open request to update information about her board roles. Women in Green GA Editathon June 2024 - Going Back in Time
Hello WikiProject Women's History:
WikiProject Women in Green is holding a month-long Good Article Edit-a-thon event in June 2024!
Running from June 1 to 30, 2024, WikiProject Women in Green (WiG) is hosting a Good Article (GA) edit-a-thon event with the theme Going Back in Time! All experience levels welcome. Never worked on a GA project before? We'll teach you how to get started. Or maybe you're an old hand at GAs – we'd love to have you involved! Participants are invited to work on nominating and/or reviewing GA submissions related to women and women's works (e.g., books, films) during the event period. We hope to collectively cover article subjects from at least 20 centuries by month's end. GA resources and one-on-one support will be provided by experienced GA editors, and participants will have the opportunity to earn a special WiG barnstar for their efforts.
We hope to see you there!

There is an image deletion discussion about the file "Clash of the Titans poster" in use at Andromeda (mythology). It demonstrates that the myth remains current, and that misinterpretation of the black princess of Aethiopia as a white woman is also continuing, a matter of misogynistic racism in the eyes of some of the cited scholars. Right to sit in the United States
Under the "Summary of legislation by jurisdiction" section for Right to sit in the United States, I have largely filled in the chart. However, some states are incomplete and lack information for when the laws were made gender-neutral or repealed. It can be difficult to search law codes, particularly if looking for repealed laws.
