Richard Perry is one of the most successful producers in music history and has produced records that have resulted in album sales of more than 500 million. He has worked with Harry Nilsson to Madonna and others including, Tiny Tim, Barbra Streisand, The Pointer Sisters, Ringo Starr, and Carly Simon, among others. Perry was the founder of Planet Records.

His career has spanned from the 1970's to today. It was his idea to do the Great American Songbook by Rod Stewart and thus created an entire new genre of American Music which has revitalized the music industry.


He resides in Los Angeles.
