How to be a sceptic

WP:COI statement

As of March 29, 2015 i'm officially elected the chairman/president of DADAFO - Dansk e-Damper Forening, (english: Danish Vapor Association), which is a consumer NGO focusing on Electronic cigarettes, consumer protection and consumer rights. DADAFO is not affiliated with any industry group or in any way receives funding from any industry, we are 100% supported by our members (at current writing 1,400 members (as of jan 2016: 1,900)). The position is unpaid, and the bylaws of DADAFO ensures that i cannot in any way or form, directly or indirectly be associated with the electronic cigarette industry, excepting as the spokesperson for the consumer group. Thus i'm not economically conflicted in any way or form.

As of November, 2017, i'm treasurer of the board of INNCO (International Network of Nicotine Consumer Organizations) an umbrella organization of 30+ consumer organizations around the world. As of 2018, i'm now secretary general of INNCO.

Politics: DADAFO is currently deeply involved in Danish policy with regards to electronic cigarettes, and the implementation of the EU Tobacco Products Directive 2014/40/EU into danish law. DADAFO is also partaking, as the consumer NGO member, with Dansk Standard (DS) (Danish Standardization), in creating a European Standard for electronic cigarettes, e-liquids and testings of these. I'm a p-member in the newly created ISO/TC 126/SC 03 "Vape and vapour products" (feb 2016).

I've been added as an "expert" in the CEN TC/437 workgroups (WG1:"Terminology and definitions",WG2:"Requirements and test methods for electronic cigarette devices",WG3:"Requirements and test methods for e-liquids",WG4:"Requirements and test methods for emissions") as well as ISO TC 126/SC3 workgroups (WG1:"Determination of substances in e-liquids",WG2:"Routine analytical e-cigarette vaping machine").

Questions regarding this association can be stated on my talk page, or via email at president@dadafo.dk (where it will be officially archived for future reference)
