Welcome to Misplaced Pages, KodaKarr! Thank you for your contributions. I am MelbourneStar and I have been editing Misplaced Pages for some time, so if you have any questions feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. You can also check out Misplaced Pages:Questions or type {{helpme}}
at the bottom of this page. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- Introduction
- The five pillars of Misplaced Pages
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- How to write a great article
Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that will automatically produce your username and the date. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! — MST☆R 14:58, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
Louisiana
See this Talk:Louisiana#Bobby Jindal or Piyush "Bobby" Jindal. Comment at this discussion and wait for consensus to form before making this change again or I take this to Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring. Heiro 17:38, 12 October 2012 (UTC) ohe, putain. va te faire foutre!
- That sort of attitude suggests you aren't here in the interests of Misplaced Pages, as does your ignoring the request. Please don't do this again. Dougweller (talk) 14:52, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
- Your only edits seem to be to add Piyush to Jindal's name. You've done it again. This suggests you really aren't here to contribute to the encyclopedia. Dougweller (talk) 12:42, 8 January 2013 (UTC)

Your recent editing history at Louisiana shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Dougweller (talk) 14:59, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
Thank you for your contributions to Misplaced Pages. I noticed your recent edit to Louisiana does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! Apologies for mistaking your edits as unconstructive! Please remember to use edit summaries, they really do go a long way. If you need any help with anything, please ask me. Thanks, — MST☆R 14:59, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion
Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Misplaced Pages's policy on edit warring. Thank you. :-) Heiro 16:19, 8 January 2013 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 3 days for edit warring, as you did at Louisiana. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
The complete report of this case is at WP:AN3#User:KodaKarr reported by User:Heironymous Rowe (Result: 3 days). EdJohnston (talk) 14:45, 9 January 2013 (UTC)
Earlier edits as an IP
It looks as though this editor was editing last year as 174.75.118.177 (talk · contribs) - see where he signs after the IP's address. Same edits, trying to add Piyush to articles. Also briefly as 70.172.244.176 (talk · contribs) it appears from this edit. Dougweller (talk) 17:37, 12 January 2013 (UTC)
