GRV Media Ltd is a digital sports publisher and ad-tech provider located in the UK. The company was originally founded in 2002 under the name Entrepreneur Limited before rebranding to GRV Media Ltd in March 2019.

In October 2020, GRV Media reported it had had its most successful quarter (July to September 2020) in the companies history and had expanded with 11 new hires.

As of November 2023, the GRV Media network consisted of over 70 sites and 185 million users and through a partnership with Primis, had almost one billion video views via the Primis’ Video Discovery engine.

Campaigns

Since August 2020, GRV Media have been supporting the Street Child United charity by providing funding for a number of initiatives and programmes to help street children in Brazil.

Acquisitions

On February 1st 2021 GRV Media limited acquired the gaming website Dualshockers from the three co-founders. This was GRV's first site dedicated entirely to gaming and added to groups portfolio of sports, media and culture sites. 16 months later in June 2022, Dualshockers was sold to Valnet Inc and became part of Odyssey Group (Valnet Gaming) for an undisclosed fee.

On 5th March 2024 GRV Media acquired the Bloody Elbow website, social media accounts, trademarks and content from founder Nate Wilcox. Since becoming part of GRV Media, Bloody Elbow has grown in popularity with traffic through the website increasing 8-fold and the site achieving a all-time traffic high of 4.3m unique visitors.

On 7th November 2024 it was announced that Digitalbox had acquired three of GRV Media's entertainment websites. The deal included the transfer of eight GRV employees to Digitalbox.
