Stefano Guzzini (born August 24, 1963 in Saarbrücken, Germany) is a German political scientist specializing in international relations and security studies. Guzzini is an associate professor of international relations at the Geneva Graduate Institute, a full professor of political science at the European University Institute. Previously, he was a professor at Uppsala University. Guzzini’s book Power, Realism, and Constructivism (Routledge, 2013) won the 2014 International Studies Association Theory Section Book Award. Guzzini graduated from Sciences Po, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and the European University Institute. Guzzini is married to Anna Leander.
