Courtney Savino (born May 15, 1998) is an American singer-songwriter and educator, known for her several songs, primarily from her album "It's Time for Roller Skating" which was a success, reaching thousands of listeners. She is also known in her town of New Milford, Connecticut for her theatrical roles during her time in school.
Background
Savino was born on May 15, 1998 in Danbury, Connecticut, being raised in New Milford, a adjacent town to her birthplace. She started her artistic career in theater at the age of 7 starring as one a primary role in the musical theater ballet performance "Nutcracker" at Warner, Bushnell and Palace theaters. . At the age of 13 (in 8th grade) she gained the primary role of "Belle" in a theatrical performance of "Beauty and the Beast" The performance become publicized across the Greater Danbury metropolitan area via The News-Times and shared to the population of her hometown. Furthermore, she performed the performance to hundreds of people at the historic Warner Theatre in Torrington, Connecticut.

Start of career
Savino's began her music career with her first 12 official songs were released in her first studio album "Finding Home" released on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube on September 2, 2016 officially starting her musical career. The album wasn't an initial success with only the song of which the album was named after "Finding Home" gaining some overall success on all platforms where it was published on.
Second album
Nearly two years after starting her musical career within the Pop genre, she released her second studio album with fourteen songs named "Brave as a Warrior" on January 16, 2018. The album's song "Rules of Rarity" became Savino's most popular song, getting listened to by hundreds of people creating a rise to her career at the time.
Pandemic, single and most popular song
After three years of having an overall pause in her music career, Savino during the COVID-19 pandemic created a single named "It's Time for Roller Skating" on August 1, 2021.
Savino promoted the song on Facebook towards her fans and relatives by stating:
"It's Time for Roller Skating." I created this song because I love roller skating.
This single garnered thousands of listeners and viewers across the primary platforms accessed to listen to it which were Spotify and YouTube (Between 4,000 to 5,000 listeners between 2020 to 2024) becoming her most listened song. After the song was released, Savino stopped creating music in order to pursue the career of an educator which was shown to be at Westside Middle School Academy. Furthermore, the song was also furtherly put onto the social media platform, TikTok where it is still being used to this day.
