Movistar KOI is a Spanish professional esports organisation owned by OverActive Media. The organisation was created as a result of a merger between KOI, Movistar Riders and MAD Lions in January 2024. As part of a triple merger, during 2024 they competed under two names: Movistar KOI and MAD Lions KOI. The final merger was announced at the Movistar KOICON event on December 6, 2024.
