The 1969 Idaho State Bengals football team represented Idaho State University as a member of the Big Sky Conference during the 1969 NCAA College Division football season. Led by first-year head coach Ed Cavanaugh, the Bengals compiled an overall record of 5–5, with a mark of 2–2 in conference play, and finished third in the Big Sky.
