Early life
Zabuli was born to a family of 5 children she is number three, with three sisters and one brother to Cherotich Agnesby a christian mother and a Moslem father was just a starting point for a chaotic childhood because family was always fighting over the children over which religion to practice that it found her looking for her own way around life independently which resulted into a very destructive journey for her
Turning Point
Zabuli's life took a significant turn at the age of 19. An unintended pregnancy with a Muslim man with whom she did not foresee a future presented a significant challenge. The memory of her mother's recent widowhood and her warnings about the importance of family and responsibility weighed heavily on her. Zabuli felt a profound sense of guilt and selfishness, perceiving the pregnancy as a betrayal of both her mother's expectations and her own aspirations.
Unwilling to face the perceived consequences of motherhood, Zabuli attempted to self-induce an abortion. When this failed, she sought medical assistance. However, during the medical procedure, Zabuli experienced a severe medical complication, leading to a near-death experience.
Career
Zabuli began her music career in 2013 with the release of his debut single “Take the wheel” which became an instant hit. She has since released several other songs including “Dede”, “Kaidali”, “Mwana Wa Muloodi”, and “Kyeeya” among others. Zabuli has collaborated with several other artists including Esther Hadasha, Philla, and Coopy Bly among others.
