Sean Walkinshaw (born 3 November 1993) is a British racing driver who currently competes in Super Taikyu Series for Hitotsuyama Racing. He is the son of former Formula 1 team principal Tom Walkinshaw.

Career

Super GT

Walkinshaw made his debut in Super GT in 2017 with Autobacs Racing Team Aguri alongside Shinichi Takagi. Both clinched 4th in the standings with a win. They continue to race the next season, they both got runners up with two wins, but just lose out to the eventual champion LEON Racing of Naoya Gamou, and Haruki Kurosawa. With ARTA change their car to Honda NSX GT3, Walkinshaw got replaced by Honda Junior Nirei Fukuzumi. Walkinshaw then move to Team Thailand to race alongside Nattapong Horthongkum. Walkinshaw then race in 2020 with the same team, but he only participated in the last 3 rounds due to he unable to enter Japan, and he raced with Mathias Beche. Walkinshaw raced for the last time in Super GT for 2021 where he raced with Giuliano Alesi. During his time in Team Thailand, he did not score a single point.

Super Taikyu

Walkinshaw then return to Japan on 2023 as he race in Super Taikyu with Hitotsuyama Racing.
