Failed WP:GNG and WP:SIGCOV. Kaissar Broadcasting Network is evidently not notable. Most of the article's content is unsourced, including the chairman in the infobox, where no citation was provided to confirm that Ceasar Llanora is or was the chairman and president of the network. Kaissar is also not a member of Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP) per a search query on KBP's website (despite having a citation to KBP).
