Peach Creek is a stream in Nodaway County in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of White Cloud Creek and an indirect tributary of the One Hundred and Two River. The stream is 5 miles long.

The stream headwaters in northwestern Maryville on the campus of Northwest Missouri State University. The stream flows southerly through the town passing under Missouri Route 46 and through Judah Park, where two pedestrian bridges cross it. The creek is channelized while passing the Fox Cove Apartments and continues southwesterly through a few subdivisions before leaving town. The stream continues a couple of miles until its confluence with White Cloud Creek.
