Ifedolapo started her career In 2011 at Zenith Bank Plc, joined Guaranty Trust Bank GTBank Sierra Leone, and Access Bank Plc as branch Manager. She earned Designed Compliance Professional DCP from Compliance Institute of Nigeria, She is the founder Freetown Waste Management Limited, and Free Recycle Limited. She Established Free Impact Foundation attracted support from United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Bill and Melinda Gate Foundation.
