The eleventh and final season of Big Brother, titled as Ultimate Big Brother, premiered on SSG TV. It featured 26 returning housemates and is expected to run for 120 days.
Development
After the tenth season, it was announced that the eleventh season will be its last and will feature returning housemates for the last time.
Promotion
As with the previous season, several billboards were placed around Roxas City as a promotion for the season.

Hosts
Some hosts that hosted the previous season did not return in order to compete or have resigned. Only John Loyd Corros and Stanley Fegarido remained to host the daily, live, and companion shows. Both Stanley Fegarido and Miguel Angelo Basinillo later relinquished their roles in order to compete in the season.

Format
Twists
- No Head of House: For the first time in the series, the Head of House twist was removed due to unknown reasons.
- Special Nominations: Housemates can use the Special Nominations power to nominate two housemates for three and two points instead of the usual two and one. Two housemates can use the power in each eviction round.
- Cancelled Vote: Replacing the Final Vote, the last evicted housemate can nullify one housemates' nominations.
- Additional Housemates: Two new housemates entered the house after the season started.
- One housemate that previously competed on the OLGAnian Big Brother series returned to the house. This turned out to be the show's host, Stanley Fegarido, who previously competed on VIP 2 and VIP Final Challenge to which he became the winner of both seasons, making him the seventh two-time winner and the first and only celebrity two-time winner in the series.
- Another surprise for both the presenters and the housemates was the appearance of the show's main host, Miguel Angelo Basinillo, who has hosted the series since its inception.
- Lightning Nominations: Starting on Week 7, one housemate can automatically nominate another housemate for eviction. This power can only be used once per week, and each housemate can only use this power once.

A total of 24 housemates entered the house on launch night. This season marked the most number of housemates that entered the house during a season's launch. Two new additional housemates entered the house on Day 15.

- Miguel never competed in any season of OLGAnian Big Brother or Big Brother.
- Stanley had previously competed in OLGAnian Big Brother: VIP 3 and OLGAnian Big Brother: VIP Final Challenge before becoming the show's host beginning with season two. He won both seasons in which he competed, becoming the series' seventh two-time winner and the first and only two-time celebrity winner.
