Godwin Etse Sikanku is a Political Scientist, Author, Lecturer and Head of Directorate for Research, Innovations & Development (DRID) at the Ghana Institute of Journalism. He is best known for his book on Barack Obama, titled “The Afrocentric Obama and lessons on politi­cal campaigns”.
