Saving Grace is a 2024 Philippine drama series starring Julia Montes with Sharon Cuneta, Janice de Belen, Sam Milby, Jennica Garcia, Christian Bables and Zia Grace. It is a remake of the 2010 Japanese drama Mother. The series premiered on Amazon Prime Video on November 28, 2024.

Premise

Grade school teacher Anna learns that her pupil Grace is being abused. In an attempt to protect Grace, Anna takes on the role of a mother and kidnaps her out of maternal instinct. In the face of threats from the police and Grace's violent mother, they grow closer as Anna faces her traumatic history and comes to terms with the fact that she, too, needs healing.

Saving Grace was first announced in July 2024 through ABS-CBN Entertainment and Dreamscape Entertainment. It is the tenth adaptation of the 2010 Japanese drama series Mother and ABS-CBN's first adaptation of a Nippon TV-produced drama. The series began shooting in September 2024 in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

Release

The series premiered on the streaming service Amazon Prime Video on November 28, 2024 with the first two episodes available immediately and the rest debuting on a weekly basis.

Upon release, Saving Grace became the No. 1 most watched series on Amazon Prime Video in the Philippines.
