It can be brought on by the ingestion of psychedelics such as Ketamine, Dimethyltryptamine (DMT), Salvia Divinorum, Magic Mushrooms, Mescaline, or LSD, though some religious practices claim to do the same.
It is characterised by the perceived loss of boundaries between self and environment.
