The image is principally being used for the article Ring of Fire (anthology), the eBook for which it is the publishers cover, thus constituting fair use. It should be noted, that this article will cover this same work when it is also released as a printed publication, as is the current practice by the publisher.
In addition to that, this image will be used in the generic series article 1632 series which tracks all members of this group of works. Thus there will be two parallel fair uses of this image as forseen.
