Fair use rationale for Padonki and Preved articles

While the poster is copyrighted to the Russian edition of Newsweek magazine I think the usage of a reduced quality image constitutes "fair use" because:

  • The image is of promotional nature
  • It is of inferior quality
  • It is used for the informational purposes only
  • The articles discusses the poster as an example of incorporation of the jargon by paper media
