Terrelle Pryor is an American football and basketball player from Jeannette, Pennsylvania. He is entering his senior year at Jeannette Senior High School. Pryor is considered the most versatile athlete in Pennsylvania high school sports since Tom Clements. The 6 ft. 6 in. Pryor is considered a top 25 basketball prospect by most recruiting analysts, but is also regarded as the nation's top football prospect, as he was named “Junior of the Year” by Rivals.com. Playing quarterback at Jeannette HS, Pryor draw comparisons to former West Virginia University quarterback Major Harris and current Tennessee Titans star player Vince Young. Some project him as a future wide receiver or safety, though.

Pryor has several scholarship offers of major colleges, and among his top two choices of the University of Texas and Penn State University, he is also considering Clemson, Florida, Ohio State and Pittsburgh among others. During his sophomore year of high school, Pryor verbally committed to the University of Pittsburgh to play basketball, but has since withdrawn from that commitment to explore his rising stock and dozens of scholarship offers to be a collegiate quarterback.

Pryor has several scholarship offers from major colleges, and although he has not listed a clear cut favorite, Pryor has trimmed his list of schools down to 11, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia Tech, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia. Terrelle hopes to play both football and basketball in college. No player has ever turned the feat of being a starting quarterback and basketball star at a major college since Charlie Ward did it for Florida State University in the early 1990's.
