Laas (Lasa) (Italian: Lasa; German: Laas; Archaic (1143 AD): Las) is a comune (municipality) in the province of Bolzano-Bozen in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 70 km northwest of the city of Trento and about 50 km west of the city of Bolzano (Bozen). As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,771 and an area of 110.1 km².

The municipality of Laas (Lasa) contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Allitz (Alliz), Eyrs (Oris), Tanas, Tarnell (Tarnello), Tschengls (Cengles), and Parnetz (Parnez).

Laas (Lasa) borders the following municipalities: Mals (Malles Venosta), Martell (Martello), Prad (Prato), Schlanders (Silandro), Schluderns (Sluderno), and Stilfs (Stelvio).
