Tiana is the main protagonist of Walt Disney Pictures' upcoming 2009 film, The Princess and the Frog. She is voiced by Anika Noni Rose. She would be the 9th official and the first black Disney Princess.

Technically, she will also be the first American Disney Princess as well, since Pocahontas, while a Native American, her story takes place prior to the establishment of the United States, while Tiana's is to take place in 1920s Louisiana.
