Ruben Filipe Marques Amorim is a Promising Portuguese Footballer who plays Midfeild for CF Os Belenenses and Portugal. He was born in Lisbon Portugal on January 27 1985.

Amorim is considered the Future of the Portuguese Midfeild his constant preformances for Club in Country were enough for Portugal to qualify for the U-21 European tournement held in Holland.

His style is similar to Portuguese footballer Tiago Mendes with both playing the same CM position playing either Defence or offense. With this in mind several clubs have been intrested in his services but he insists on not leaving with Belenenses rejecting a bid from SL Benfica, SC Braga, Tottenham Hotspur]] and Toulouse FC, with the player not leaving for atleast another year with the club participating in the UEFA Cup.
