Lisa Ling (born August 30, 1973 in Sacramento, California) is a Chinese-American Journalist, best known for her stint as a co-host of ABC's The View.

Ling worked as a reporter for Channel One News, which is shown in middle schools.

Ling joined The View in 1999, represnting the young voice on the pannel. Ling shocked many when she decided to leave The View to host a show with a smaller audience, called "Ultimate Explorer," on the National Geographic Channel.

In recent years, Oprah Winfrey has featured many of Lisa Ling's foreign country stories. Ling is rumored to be a possible replacement when Oprah retires.

In February of 2005, Ling became engaged to Philip Levine.
