The Watersound

History of the Watersound: In the year 2000, Travis Burkett founded the musical group called The Watersound. Initially Travis was played on the listener supported radio station known as KEXP based in Seattle Washington. What began as a solo project turned into a full scale band as time progressed. Members Sean Parent and Jake Burkett joined forces. The first release of their combined efforts, Triumph Anthems, was released in the Fall of 2007. They now reside in Costa Mesa California and are currently working with a team of creative artists at Mislabeled. Their music may also be heard at their profiles on various social networking sites such as their myspace profile, though they are not affiliated with such entities. For more information, see their Official Website, or at Mislabeled.
