Fair use for Christ Illusion
This image, Reign in blood.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I, M3tal H3ad 01:30, 6 December 2006 (UTC) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It is a picture of the article on the album
- It is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover;
- It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
- Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD;
- The image on the cover is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Slayer.
Fair use for Slayer
This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover;

- The image on the cover is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Slayer.
- The cover art is discussed in the article Slayer, in that it says it contains graphic artwork, which is important to show to the reader to see why the album was banned for its graphic content.
