- Completely deleted and replaced by Interstate 75 between Richmond and Exit 95, leading to White Hall State Shrine
- Kentucky Route 627 from Exit 95 to Paris via Winchester
- U.S. Route 460, a former concurrency of U.S. 227, from Paris to Georgetown
- Kentucky Route 227 from Georgetown to Carrollton
