The Ferrara Tower, part of the Meridian Quay development currently under construction near the Marriott Hotel in the Maritime Quarter, Swansea is set to be the tallest building in Swansea and Wales at 107m. The Ferrara Tower will have 29 storeys, double the number of the current tallest building in Swansea, the BT Tower.

If completed before Cardiff's Glass Needle Tower which is due to be completed in Summer 2008, Ferrara Tower would be Wales's tallest building, but not for long.

'Ferrara Tower' appears to be a working title for the building, other working names in use include 'Meridian Tower' and 'Oceangate Tower'.
